Ashburn Library

These images of the Ashburn Library in Ashburn, Virginia, were taken late afternoon/early evening on a beautiful Spring day.  This 23,000 square foot library designed by architect firm Dewberry, includes a traditional brick, split-faced masonry, and a zinc-coated metal roof.  The glass along the facade gives this place lots of natural light.  The Asburn Library received the 2008 Signatures of Loudoun Design Excellence Award, along with the "Best New Building Award" from he Northern Virginia chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Parks.

Thanks to Digital Transitions, Phase One's XF IQ3 100 MP camera back, Arca Swiss' RM3di technical camera, and Rodenstock's HR Digaron-W 40mm f/4 lens were used to make these images.
